SONAR CLASS
This program aimed to increase knowledge by inviting speakers who are experienced in the field of survey to sharing in a classroom.
SONAR Class 1st
In the first class Sonar, the material we studied is WQC (Water Quality Checker). How does the tool work and right water sampling. Accompanied by the initiator, the event was attended by more than 20 participants.
SONAR Class 2nd
Surveyor of Ocean Area (SONAR UNDIP) organized the "2nd Sonar Class" on June 6th 2014 in Auditorium FPIK Undip with the theme "Marine Survey in the offshore oil and gas industry". This event invites speakers who have experienced at the world offshore survey, Fajar S. Adi SIMarEST. Currently, he as a managing director at PT. Geotronix Pratama Indonesia, he also had a career in Bintang Subsea, National Marine Dreging Company and EGS Group. His background is UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, Bandung Polytechnic Manufacturing. The event was attended by 30 participants from the Department of Marine Science. After the The event opened at 1:30 am by the Director of SONAR, Esha E. Saratoga, the speakers presented the first material that is "Marine Survey in the offshore oil and gas industry". He explains how to work a surveyor to determine a drilling location. How does the tool used by the offshore surveyor, such as seismic, multi-beam echosounder, etc.
SONAR Class 3rd
SONAR Undip organized "Sonar 3rd Class" on October 7th 2014 at the Aula FPIK Undip with the theme "Seismic Survey". The event is performed by an experienced speaker in the field of seismic, Dr. Ir Ediar Usman is currently a principal researcher in PPGL (Marine Geology Research Institute of Indonesia).

Hydrographic Survey
Surveyor of Ocean Area (SONAR UNDIP) organized “5th Sonar Class” on 6th 2015. The first topic was performed by Ilham Fathul Hoir, S.Kel. He is an experienced Hydrographic Engineer from survey company.
